I'm writing to convey my thanks for a recent car purchase at your dealership.
My daughter is in the Navy and assigned to New Orleans. She lost her car in the hurricane and flood and during a recent trip home asked me to help her buy a new car. She was interested in a VW Jetta and wanted to pick one up on her way back to New Orleans.
I made an internet inquiry on Edmunds.com and with in 2 hours had a response from Jonathan Culp at your dealership. It took until the next day for anyone else to contact me.
Over the next few days Jonathon and I exchanged messages and arranged for a car for my daughter. I inquired about directions to the dealership for her and was told by Jonathon that they would be glad to pick her up at the airport. This was a pleasant surprise because I had not asked for this.
She left here on Friday Sept 23 and arrived in Dallas in the early afternoon. She was picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership where she was given the "royal" treatment. Everything went very smooth and she was very thankful for the time your folks took to go over the vehicle with her and to finalize the sale.
In short , your dealership did everything better than I could have ever hoped for...........

Nobody's better than Boardwalk Park Cities VW! I was in distress over a car inspection performed by another business and Ted and Laurie solved all my problems. I was in and out in 90 minutes without an appointment. Thank God for BPC VW!
